About John Kerry

John Kerry brought decades of public service to his 2004 presidential campaign. A decorated Vietnam veteran who later became a leading voice for peace, he served as a U.S. Senator from Massachusetts and built a record focused on the environment, children's health, and America's role in the world.

Kids for Kerry was founded to rally young people behind his candidacy. Our message was simple: even if you can't vote, you can still get involved — by talking to your parents, making posters, writing letters, and spreading the word.
